Press Room

Our press room features Didde cold web presses and Halm Jet envelope presses. The Colortech is an 8 color press that prints a continuous roll to a cut sheet. Sheet sizes range from an 81/2 x 11 to a large size of 22 x 23 and using one - pass production we can print any combination of 1 to 8 colors. Web Corp has taken the art of cold web printing to another level. Originally thought to be good for only 2 color letters we have proven that cold webs can print full 4-color process brochures with amazing quality, efficiency and above all, cost effectiveness.

We have both 3" and 6" Halm jet envelope presses which can print envelopes as small as an A-2 and as large as a 10 x 13. Both are 2 color presses and can perfect. Ask to see samples of our full bleed envelopes printed on pre-made stock. No conversion necessary. We can even print full bleed on the front of a 9 x 12 envelope. Need halftones or duotones on your envelopes? At Web Corp that is no problem. We can also accommodate 4 color envelopes by printing them as flat sheets on our cold webs and converting to the size you need.

Bindery and Shipping:
Our bindery department can handle everything from single cutting and letter folds to glue bound brochures. We maintain high-speed Baum folders and programmable cutters and follow your specialized packing and shipping requirements to assure quality of your finished products.
